Elise Lufting

Elise is an investment and strategy professional with over 15 years’ experience across private equity, venture capital, M&A, sustainable finance and impact investing. Her career spans roles at ING, FMO – the Dutch Development Bank – and Deloitte, alongside advising more than 50 private equity, venture capital and impact investment firms across Europe, Africa and Asia.

She is currently Global Head of Advisory at Holtara, part of Apex Group, where she leads a global team supporting investors and organisations on sustainability strategy, governance and value creation. Her work sits at the intersection of investment, sustainability and business strategy, with a particular focus on translating sustainability challenges into practical investment and value-creation decisions.
