Emelie Norling is Impact Director at Summa Equity, where she leads the firm's approach to impact investing. She works with deal teams to align investments with Summa's thematic view of systems change, define what each company contributes and how it's measured, and set sustainability priorities across the life of an investment. 
Previously Head of Responsible Investment at Afa Insurance, Emelie began her career in academia, where her doctoral research examined the operationalization of sustainable development through legal systems, before joining ESG consultancy ISS ESG.
