Félix Héon
Félix Héon is Head of Sustainability at Antin Infrastructure Partners, where he leads a global sustainability team responsible for the development and implementation of the firm’s sustainability strategy. Working closely with Antin’s deal teams, he ensures sustainability considerations are embedded across the investment lifecycle, from due diligence to asset management and exit. Together with his team, he also partners with portfolio companies to strengthen their sustainability performance and support long-term value creation.
Prior to joining Antin in 2018, Félix was a Sustainability Consultant at PwC, advising private equity clients on the integration of sustainability considerations across a range of sectors, including infrastructure, utilities, retail, and healthcare. He began his career at VINCI, where he worked as an Environmental Project Officer.
Félix holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University, and a Master's in Energy & Environmental Management from Sciences Po Paris.
