Iraz Soyalp

Iraz leads social- and people-related sustainability initiatives across the investment life cycle and all asset classes at Manulife Investment Management. Her role includes developing the firm’s approach and strategy for people—workers and employees in real assets operations and supply chains, investee and portfolio companies and their supply chains, and the communities where clients’ real assets or investee companies are located. She develops guidance and tools for human rights due diligence aligned with international standards, informs stewardship and asset management activities, supports the development of social impact–focused financial products, and represents the firm in networks focused on people.
