Her career has been built around leading and transforming global operations at scale — from the delivery of complex Critical National Infrastructure managed services to leading technical organisations accountable for the performance and reliability of business-critical SaaS platforms. She now applies that same transformation mindset at Peoplesafe, reshaping how the business serves its customers.
