Jennifer Boca

Jennifer Boca is the Chief Sustainability Officer at Rezolv Energy and is responsible for providing oversight on sustainability performance across Rezolv’s portfolio of renewable energy projects in Central and South Eastern Europe. Jennifer has over 20 years’ experience in environmental and social performance oversight, ESG risk management and running of social impact programs with a particular focus on large scale infrastructure projects and the development financing sector. Prior to joining Rezolv, Jennifer was the Head of Responsible Investment at Lekela Power, a Top-rated ESG performing pan-African renewable energy platform. Jennifer has worked on major infrastructure projects in various sectors including power, waste management, roads, railways, pipelines and the mining sector in several countries in Africa, Europe and Asia and consulted for a wide range of public and private sector clients including The World Bank and other Development Finance Institutions, commercial banks and project developers. Jennifer holds an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge Judge Business School.
