Katie is Head of Sustainability at Mubadala Capital, responsible for deepening the integration of sustainability across the platform. Prior to joining in 2025, Katie was at Oaktree Capital leading sustainability in Europe. Prior to this, Katie spent over a decade at Schroders in roles spanning sustainability, investment, sovereign partnerships, wealth management and strategy. Katie holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School, a BSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science and is a CFA Charterholder.
