Keila Diamond is Managing Director and Head of ESG at Quantum Capital Group, where she leads ESG integration, climate strategy, and investment stewardship across the firm’s energy and infrastructure platforms. She partners with investment teams and portfolio company leadership to embed ESG, regulatory, and climate considerations into due diligence and asset management, with a focus on risk mitigation, operational performance, and long-term value creation. Her work translates evolving ESG and climate expectations into pragmatic strategies that support risk-adjusted returns and responsible energy development.

Prior to Quantum, Keila led Global Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs at Crown Holdings. Earlier, she served as Director of Environmental Sustainability at PepsiCo, overseeing strategy and implementation across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, and North Africa, managing environmental performance initiatives across complex, multinational operating environments. Her experience at PepsiCo shaped her practical, operations-focused approach to sustainability execution at scale. She has also held senior roles with World Wildlife Fund, International Paper, and NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center.

Keila completed executive education in Sustainability Leadership at Harvard University and earned a Master of Environmental Management from Duke University as a Fulbright Scholar. She also holds additional graduate degrees in environmental engineering and business administration.
