Laura Mansfield

Laura Mansfield is the ESG Manager at BGF, one of the UK and Ireland’s most active growth capital investors, with over £2.5 billion invested in ambitious businesses across every region and sector. She leads key elements of BGF’s ESG and sustainability agenda, helping to embed responsible investment practices across the firm and its portfolio.

With five years’ experience in ESG, Laura works at the intersection of strategy, risk and value creation, overseeing initiatives including climate risk management, B Corp certification and sustainability reporting. She also partners closely with management teams across BGF’s portfolio to help them navigate evolving ESG expectations and identify opportunities for long-term growth.

As a minority, patient capital investor, BGF supports businesses over the long term, and Laura brings practical insights into how investors and companies can work together to build resilience, create sustainable value and deliver positive impact alongside commercial success.
