Maaike van der Schoot is AlpInvest's Head of Responsible Investment. She is based in Amsterdam. In her role, she leads the development and implementation of AlpInvest's Responsible Investment strategy.

Maaike joined AlpInvest Partners in 2002. Prior to her current role, she was an investment manager in the Co-Investment team. Maaike previously worked at Morgan Stanley in London as an investment banking analyst.

Maaike received an MSc in Financial Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
