Megan Bentzin

Megan Bentzin is the AI Sustainability Software Lead at SE Advisory Services, Schneider Electric’s global sustainability consulting practice, serving more than 40% of the world’s Fortune 500 companies. Megan helps global companies translate energy and sustainability data into business decisions, using the company’s AI-native software platform, Resource Advisor+.  The system scales performance with purpose-built agents that deliver decision value with the transparency and audit trails leaders need to trust the outputs. She has led engagements across sectors including private equity backed portfolio companies, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and retail. She helps energy and sustainability teams move from simply data collection to measurable carbon reduction, climate risk adaptation, and supply chain decarbonization.

Megan holds an MBA in sustainability in global business from INSEAD. Outside of work, she is an endurance mountain athlete, which drives her desire for real, measurable positive climate impact.
