Patricia Volhard
Patricia Volhard is a European based partner and European Chair of Debevoise’s Investment Management Group.
She is a member of the firm’s Funds/Investment Management Group and her practice focuses on advising private funds and fund managers on structuring and managing European funds. She is also a member of the firm’s Funds/Investment Management Regulatory Practice and advises on European financial regulatory aspects for fund managers and in a fundraising context.
Ms. Volhard is a leading European lawyer in the field of fund formation and regulation and plays a prominent role in the ongoing development of this area. She is Chair of Invest Europe's Financial Services/Regulatory Working Group and a member of its SFDR Working Group. In Germany, she is a member of the legal committee of the German Private Equity Association (BVK). In the UK, she is a member of the Regulatory Committee of the British PE Association (BVCA).
