Phil joined Helios Investment Partners in August 2020, leading Helios’ ESG and Impact related activities across all of Helios’ strategies, including Helios’ Article 9 Climate Fund, CLEAR. He has 20+ years of relevant professional experience. He was previously Head of Sustainability for EMEA at The Carlyle Group, where he had oversight of regional ESG activities in Private Equity, Real Assets and Global Credit. He was also previously Assistant Director in the Sustainability and Climate Change Consulting team at PwC, providing ESG and climate related services to a range of financial services clients. In 2023, he joined the PRI’s Private Equity Advisory Committee.
