Rhys Marsh is Co-Founder of Maver Capital, a Los Angeles-based private credit manager focused on decarbonization through decentralization. Previously, Rhys was a Portfolio Manager of the Lombard Odier Investment Managers ("LOIM") Sustainable Private Credit strategy. Before joining LOIM, Rhys was Managing Director and Head of Origination for the Avenue Sustainable Solutions Fund, and earlier led the formation of a renewables and distributed generation project finance lending platform at CIT Group. Across two decades, Rhys has specialized in building direct investment platforms and bespoke origination. Rhys began his career at Citigroup in corporate lending and at the Lehman Brothers-owned hedge fund LibertyView Capital. He earned a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from Duke University.
