Sandrine Lalmant is Head of Sustainability at John Laing (part of KKR), where she leads ESG strategy across a £2bn global infrastructure portfolio spanning 45 assets. She has driven the rapid expansion of net zero alignment across the portfolio—now covering over half of assets—and embedded sustainability into investment decision-making, due diligence and asset value creation.

Sandrine brings over a decade of experience across infrastructure, private equity and asset management, including roles at Triton Partners and USS Investment Management. She has worked closely with investment teams and portfolio companies to deliver decarbonisation strategies, climate risk mitigation and sustainable growth initiatives.

She is an active contributor to industry standards, co-chairing the iCI Infrastructure Working Group and supporting PRI and IIGCC initiatives.
