Serge is the Global Head of Sustainability at Investindustrial, responsible for sustainability, responsible investing and sustainable growth. He leads a team of highly experienced sustainability experts to deliver tangible value and impact in the investment process and supporting portfolio companies.

Serge is very active in shaping sustainability in the private equity industry. He co-chairs the Private Equity Advisory Committee at the UN PRI, is a member of the SBTi Financial Sector and Private Equity Expert Advisory Groups, the InvestEurope Responsible Investment working groups and SMI’s PE task force. Within Initiative Climat International (ICI), he is the global chair and actively participates in various working groups.

Serge was previously a Director at Accenture Strategy and a Director of Sustainability Services at WSP Environment & Energy.

Serge is a Mechanical Engineer and has a PhD in Renewable Energy and Climate Science. He is a visiting lecturer on corporate sustainability, sustainable finance, responsible investing, impact investing, circular economy and renewable energy. He is a published author on subjects ranging from clean technologies/energy, low carbon infrastructures.
