Tim specialises in financial services law and regulation. He brings over 25 years of experience advising an extensive range of retail and wholesale financial services institutions. His clients include alternative asset managers, traditional asset managers, trading venues, payment systems operators, payment institutions, banks, brokers, and investors.

In addition, Tim is Chair of the UK Private Capital (formerly the BVCA) Regulatory Committee. He is a member of Invest Europe's Financial Services/Regulatory Working Group.
