Ms. Rosenthal is a Managing Director and Chief Sustainability Officer of TowerBrook, and also acts as the firm’s group Chief Compliance Officer.

Prior to joining TowerBrook, Ms. Rosenthal was a partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis advising U.S. and European private equity clients. Ms. Rosenthal received a B.S. from the Wharton School (finance) and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, a J.D. from Columbia University Law School and an M.Phil. from Queen’s College, Cambridge. Ms. Rosenthal is on the board of The Opportunity Network and the Columbia Law School Board of Visitors, and serves on the Steering Committee of the ESG Data Convergence Initiative (EDCI) and the Wharton ESG Initiative Advisory Board.
