Adam Ciborowski
Adam is Head of Research, Performance, and Monitoring (“RPM”) at RCP Advisors, a lower middle market fund-of-funds with over 16 years of PE experience. He leads the firm's AI strategy and implementation, working directly through RCP's investment research, portfolio monitoring, and operational workflows to embed AI as a practical tool for stronger investing decisions and measurable efficiency gains. His approach focuses on translating emerging AI capability into real operational advantage—moving beyond experimentation to production agents that drive portfolio insight and departmental scale. Prior to RCP, Adam served in a Senior role at Ernst & Young, bringing operational rigor and financial discipline to AI deployment. He holds a BS in Accounting from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
