Ben Stoddard is a Managing Partner at HRK Group, a multi-generational single-family office serving the descendants of the founders of Andersen Windows, with 20+ years of institutional investment experience spanning two premier U.S. family offices and a university endowment. He leads portfolio strategy and manager selection across private equity, venture capital, and public markets, and also oversees investment stewardship for the family’s philanthropic foundation.
Previously, Ben was at Waycrosse, the single-family office for the owners of Cargill, Inc. He has developed emerging manager and co-investment platforms, executed direct investments, and built institutional-grade analytics to strengthen underwriting, sizing, and portfolio construction.
Ben serves on the Board of Directors of SparkCharge, a mobile EV charging company, and brings an operator’s mindset to governance and value creation. He holds the CFA, CAIA, and FDP designations, earned an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, and his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Miami.
