Cay is a Founder & Co-Managing Partner of FIC, an investment firm with a focus on critical infrastructure assets across the energy and power use value chains. She began her career in the energy sector at JPMorgan’s oil and gas investment banking group, following her studies at Boston University’s School of Management where she graduated top of her class. In 2008, Cay transitioned to Bank of America’s private equity arm and remained with that group through its spin-out and until 2023, when she founded her own investment firm, Emerald Bridge Capital ("EBC"). EBC is a predecessor firm of FIC.
