Chris Eckerman is a Vice President and Head of Directs & Co-Investments at the Texas Permanent School Fund (PSF), an educational endowment valued at approximately $60 billion that supports public schools across Texas.

Eckerman is a seasoned investor whose background includes over 12 years at the State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB). While at SWIB, he was responsible for launching and leading the co-investment program, which has grown to represent over $4 billion in assets. Earlier in his career, he spent ten years originating and executing venture capital and growth equity investments at Covera Ventures (fka Hunt Ventures).

He started his career in financial analysis and corporate development after earning his B.B.A. in Finance and M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin.
