Dipti Pratt is a Managing Director at Toniic, the global network of impact investors. She is focused on the strategy, growth, and engagement of Toniic's community of family offices, foundations, wealth advisors, and high-net-worth investors, helping accelerate the flow of private capital toward investments that generate competitive financial returns alongside measurable social and environmental impact.

With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, Dipti has built and scaled organizations, developed strategic partnerships, and mobilized capital across the impact investing and philanthropy sectors. Prior to Toniic, she was the founding Executive Director of Pledge 1%, where she partnered with the founders of Atlassian and Salesforce to build a global movement that has inspired thousands of companies to integrate philanthropy into their business models. She has also held leadership roles at Forward Global, Silicon Valley Community Foundation, Uplift, and Entrepreneurs Foundation.
