Edward Richards is the co-founder of Taurean, a strategic advisory and talent firm that works with investment firm founders and leaders to design and build the performance architecture, capabilities, and teams required to scale a durable investment platform. With experience-led search at its core, Taurean enables firms to apply the same institutional discipline to their own organizational design as they demand of the businesses they invest in.

Previously, Edward was Chief Operating Officer and Head of the Operations Group at Marlin Equity Partners. In this role, he established and led the firm’s global value creation team across the U.S. and Europe. Prior to Marlin, he was a Partner at EY, where he led the Working Capital Services practice across the Americas and advised many of the industry’s most prominent private equity sponsors on value enhancement.

Edward holds a B.S. from the University of Bristol and an MBA with distinction from Columbia Business School.
