Eric Mayeda
Eric is a Managing Partner and the head of the Strategic Transformation Line of Business for Chartis where he leads the firm’s Strategic Planning, Private Equity Advisory, Academic Alignment, Digital Strategy, M&A and Partnerships, and Oncology Practices. Over his two decades with Chartis, he has served as a senior advisor and strategist to leading health systems and other provider organizations, investors, healthcare technology and services companies, and payers. Prior to leading the Strategic Transformation Line of Business, Eric founded and led Chartis’s PE Advisory Practice where he has advised investors and their portfolio companies across a variety of healthcare sectors, including: primary and specialty care physician groups, behavioral health, value-based care enablement, digital health/HCIT, revenue cycle management, ancillary services, payer and employer-based services, IDD/home and community based services, healthcare data and analytics, and others.
Based in Chicago, Eric is deeply committed to improving healthcare access and quality. He has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Erie Family Health, one of the largest federally qualified health center (FQHC) organizations in Illinois, and the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME).
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Northwestern University.
