Isabelle Freidheim is the Founder and Managing Partner of Athena Capital, a growth equity investment fund. Athena deploys private equity capital into leading technology businesses, with a focus on high-liquidity opportunities. The firm is advised by a council of 30 operating partners, including current and former Fortune 100 and 500 board members, CEOs, founders, institutional investors, and regulators.Under Isabelle’s leadership, Athena has built a record of identifying transformative companies and has raised over $1.2 billion across investment vehicles.
Isabelle has more than two decades of experience in finance and technology, and was recognized as the youngest female chair of a publicly traded company in the United States. Isabelle has served on NYSE and Nasdaq-listed boards and has deep expertise in AI, corporate growth, and transaction-driven value creation. Isabelle also founded the AI company Magnifi, acquired in 2020.
