Jerald Khoo

Jerald Khoo is a Managing Director on Aon’s M&A and Transaction Solutions team and head of the Private Markets Liquidity Solutions practice.  Jerald advises clients in matters relating to transactional risks, specializing in the placement of representations and warranties insurance on M&A and secondary transactions.  Prior to joining Aon, Jerald was an attorney at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in their Corporate Department, where he represented public and private companies, private equity firms and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, investments, restructurings, and corporate governance matters.  Jerald earned his LL.B. from the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he graduated with First Class Honors, and his J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a James Kent Scholar.
