Prior to founding MFG, Jonathan was a senior investment professional at Partners Group, where he focused on investments in the industrial sector. Prior to Partners Group, Jonathan worked at Environmental Capital Partners and Kohlberg & Company, where he completed multiple platform and add-on acquisitions in a variety of industries. Jonathan began his career at J.P. Morgan in the Industrials & Transportation Group within the investment banking division. Jonathan currently sits on the Board of Directors of A-Z Wire & Cable, CST Utilities, Mail Communications Group, and The Mellott Company. 

Jonathan graduated with a BA in Economics from Cornell University, Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude. He holds an MBA with Honors from Columbia Business School.
