Lawrence Aragon is an award-winning business journalist who writes about venture capital and private equity. As West Coast Bureau Chief, he is one of PEI Group’s senior editorial decision-makers and works closely with the Editorial Director US, the Group Editorial Director, the Head of Content Strategy and the Company’s cohort of title editors in the US and the UK. Aragon is the editor of Venture Capital Journal and contributes to other PEI titles, including Private Equity International and Buyouts. Previously, he served as Digital Editor for Reuters Deals Group and was an editor and writer for Red Herring, PC Week, VAR Business and the San Jose Business Journal. Aragon makes his home in San Francisco.
