Rainy Guo is an investment professional with experience across investment banking, private equity, and venture capital, with a focus on AI, technology, and healthcare. Ms. Guo began her career in investment banking at Citigroup, where she advised on $1.3B+ of transactions across numerous transactions, including cross-border M&A, spin-offs, IPOs, and private placements etc. Ms. Guo later transitioned into primary markets, where she deploys capital across various stages of investments in technology, AI, robotics, healthcare and fund investments.
Ms. Guo holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin, and is currently based in New York City.
