Rishi Chandna
Rishi Chandna is the Founder and Managing Partner of Lone View Capital, a growth-oriented private equity firm investing across the technology ecosystem. Lone View’s integrated team of seasoned investors and operators leverages their deep domain expertise to partner with exceptional management teams to build, transform, and grow market-leading technology businesses. Rishi currently serves on the board of directors for TREND Health, Smarlinx, and CargoSprint.
Prior to founding Lone View Capital, Rishi spent 20 years at Golden Gate Capital, where he was a member of the firm’s Management Committee, led the firm’s Software & Services Vertical, and oversaw the firm’s technology sector investments with an emphasis on enterprise software, technology-enabled services, business services, and information services. During his time at Golden Gate Capital, he served on the boards of directors for Infor Global Solutions, BMC Software, 2020 Technologies, Vector Solutions, LiveVox, Ensemble Health Partners, Neustar, Ex Libris, and Securly.
Earlier in his career, Rishi worked as a consultant at Bain & Company. Rishi received his MBA from Harvard Business School and his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkley.
