Ross is the Chairman, CEO & Co-Founder of Scholars of Finance—an organization on a mission to inspire and equip the next generation of purpose-driven, principled, high-performing finance leaders. Under his leadership, SOF has raised more than 10 million dollars and impacted more than 7,000 students to date.

Prior to SOF, Ross held roles in equity research at Piper Sandler, global go-to-market strategy at Twitter (now X), and served on the leadership team that helped launch SoFi Bank. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and the University of Minnesota, and has completed executive education programs at Cornell and Stanford.
