Yuriy is a Principal at Roo Capital in the firm's NYC office, where he helps lead the early-stage investment strategy. Yuriy brings 10+ years of early-stage investing and strategy consulting experience with a focus on applied AI, healthcare, and consumer technology. Yuriy started his career advising Fortune 50 retail, technology, and life sciences companies on growth strategy and M&A. Originally from Ukraine, Yuriy brings a global perspective to early-stage investing. He holds dual degrees in Finance and Eastern European Studies from The University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
