Zorian works at the Tech Fund at Charlesbank Capital Partners, focusing on deal diligence to identify opportunities for unlocking growth and on value creation for middle-market portfolio companies. He has a dual background in finance/investing and senior executive experience, having grown several global tech companies to successful exits. He started his career in Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch in New York, focusing on M&A and financing transactions within the Financial Institutions Group (FIG). He also worked on the Investment Team, investing in private software investments and later held C-level executive roles, leading global commercial teams. Combining his finance and investing background with executive experience, Zorian brings a unique and diverse perspective to assessing investment opportunities while understanding firsthand what it takes to execute and scale a business. He has shared his insights as a speaker at private equity conferences, including those hosted by PEI and ACG. Zorian majored in Finance, specializing in Investment Management, with minors in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Lehigh University. He also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
