Avra Schaaf is an Operating Partner at Tritium, where she focuses on go-to-market strategy and value creation across the firm’s portfolio. She partners with leadership teams to accelerate growth aligned to each investment thesis and supports new investments through commercial due diligence.

Previously, Avra was Head of Value Creation at Lead Edge Capital, where she built the firm’s value creation function and partnered with boards and executives on initiatives spanning go-to-market, product, and talent. She also founded Vista Equity Partners’ Revenue Strategy & Operations practice, driving commercial excellence across its software portfolio.

Avra brings over a decade of SaaS operating experience, scaling companies from early-stage growth to $1B+ in revenue. She holds a J.D. from UC Berkeley and a B.A. from UC Santa Barbara. Avra is based out of the firm's Austin office, where she lives full time.
