Brad is a Senior Partner in West Monroe’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice, where he drives significant financial impact by helping clients use technology and data to accelerate growth. He partners with private equity firms and corporate leaders to uncover value from diligence through 100-day planning and beyond, applying advanced analytics and data science to inform strategy and execution. Brad has led efforts to monetize data through consumer-facing products for financial services organizations and built modern data platforms that enabled insurance companies to unlock organic growth.

He is deeply committed to West Monroe’s people, culture, and long-term ambitions, consistently seeking ways to elevate teams and deliver meaningful results for clients and communities.

What sets Brad apart is his passion for the journey—professionally and personally. He enjoys traveling with his wife and two sons, investing in his community, serving as past president of the ISE Alumni Board at Illinois, and advocating for children with special needs.
