David Rowley is an Operating Partner at Diversis Capital, where he leads technology and product strategy across a number of the firm’s portfolio companies. A seasoned software executive with a career rooted in agile development, David is hands-on with portfolio companies on their product and technology initiatives, and specializes in technical due diligence for new platforms and add-ons. Prior to joining the private equity space, David spent over three decades building and leading high-growth software organizations. He has navigated multiple startups from early-stage through exit, holding leadership roles in VC-backed, PE-owned, and public companies. A co-author of five issued patents, David is a recognized thought leader on organizational design and the software design narrative. He holds a degree from the University of California, Irvine, and is dedicated to developing the next generation of technical leaders.
