As Head of Portfolio Growth Operations, Pete is committed to driving transformative growth across the firm’s portfolio companies while fostering a culture of operational excellence to maximize value for investors and stakeholders alike.

Throughout his career, Pete has delivered multiple successful public and private exits, driving significant value creation for employees and shareholders – JazzHR (Employ), Carbonite (IPO) and MoveCentral (Monster Worldwide). His extensive experience in go to market strategy, customer retention and expansion, and managing capital efficient businesses strengthens Volition’s ability to support portfolio companies through various stages of growth and market penetration.

Pete is a graduate of Middlebury College and Harvard Business School.
