Subhi Sherwell is a Director at TPG Capital with a focus on upgrading the Finance capabilities of TPG healthcare, software, consumer and digital media portfolio companies.

As part of TPG’s Operations team, he has partnered with dozens of portfolio company leadership teams in EMEA and North America to drive the transformation of their finance functions and optimize reporting, forecasting and FP&A, including during carveouts, integrations and platform builds.

Drawing on his over 20 years’ experience in the field, Subhi leads TPG’s cross-portfolio cash management activities, focusing on unlocking cash from Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Inventory, which has helped maintain liquidity for many TPG portfolio companies in the portfolios during COVID and beyond.

Subhi received Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Oxford and is a Member of the UK Securities and Investment Institute. He is fluent in Russian and French.
