Jared Barol
Jared Barol is an Operating Partner at Diversis Capital, leading GTM Strategy, Revenue Operations, and AI Systems across the firm's B2B SaaS portfolio. He owns the full bowtie, from marketing spend to net revenue retention, working with portfolio executives to diagnose GTM inefficiency, deploy AI across the revenue stack, and build repeatable engines.
His 15-year operating career spans Salesforce, Reputation.com, and Copy.ai, where he orchestrated the company's acquisition by Fullcast. He has also founded six companies, including Global Growth Partners, a cross-border consulting firm with offices in Berlin, Tel Aviv, Moscow, and San Francisco that he scaled and exited.
Jared teaches Red Teaming and Scenario Planning to MBA students at UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business, where he earned his MBA. He holds a BA from the University of Maryland.
