Matt Ibbetson
Matt has led Ridgemont’s Portfolio Operations practice for the past 8 years. The Portfolio Operations team collaborates with company executives across industry verticals to drive value-creation initiatives.
Prior to joining Ridgemont, Matt ran Global Purchasing at Lear Corporation. Matt has significant consulting experience working with numerous North American and European companies in strategy, sales, and operations with McKinsey & Co. He also served as a nuclear submarine officer in the United States Navy.
Matt earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from UCLA.
