Aaron Kotick is the Founder and Managing Partner of Deal IQ, which helps enterprise and private equity clients negotiate savings on their technology contracts. Aaron spent 15 years training enterprise sales teams, learning exactly how technology vendors sell and negotiate, before founding Deal IQ in 2016 to level the playing field for buyers. The firm has since completed more than 3,000 negotiations with 600+ vendors across software, cloud, infrastructure, hardware and services, covering $20 billion of spend with average savings of 14% beyond "best and final." Deal IQ's practice also includes telecom, cloud, AI and software licensing cost optimization, as well as long-tail spend reduction. Deal IQ draws on a network of 350+ former vendor sales, pricing and deal desk leaders who know how vendors make pricing decisions. Aaron is a recognized specialist across all the major technology vendors and works closely with private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.
