Adam is Managing Director of Digital Transformation. In his role, he works with deal teams, operating partners, and portfolio company management teams to implement digital transformation initiatives and deploy repeatable playbooks that translate strategy into measurable performance improvements. Adam originally joined AEA in 2024 as the 
Head of Technology. 

Prior to joining AEA, Adam worked at Lexington Partners as Head of Business Technology Solutions and Data Governance as well as Chief 
Information Security Officer. Prior to Lexington Partners, Adam was Head of Data Governance at Blackstone. 

Adam attended Washington University in Saint Louis where he earned a B.A. in economics and political science and NYU where he earned an M.B.A.
