Alex is an Operating Partner at Diversis Capital, where he leads AI strategy and transformation across the firm's portfolio of B2B software companies, to accelerate product innovation and operational efficiency. Alex works hands-on with portfolio leadership to identify high-impact AI use cases, scope agentic product roadmaps, and build the infrastructure needed to move from proof-of-concept to production. Prior to Diversis, Alex honed his analytical and strategic toolkit at BCG, where he developed the structured, data-driven and innovation lab approach he now applies to PE value creation. Across his career, Alex has led go-to-market strategy and growth teams, with multiple exits across venture stage companies. He holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University.
