Ana Maria Constantin

Ana-Maria Constantin is Co-Founder and CEO of Cascade AI, an agentic workflow automation platform that deploys purpose-built AI agents across enterprise operations for global organizations. She spent the early years of her career at Microsoft, where she worked on data-driven resource optimization for the Azure Compute Efficiency team and earned multiple patents in AI. She founded Cascade on the principle that AI delivers real enterprise value only when it is built for the specific context, policy, and complexity of organizational work. At Cascade, she is building the category of AI that actually does enterprise work, not just answers questions, starting with HR and expanding across operations. She holds degrees in Computer Science and Astrophysics from Harvard.
