Angela is the Head of Human Capital and member of the Investment Committee at GrowthCurve Capital, where she partners with the Investment team and management teams to accelerate growth through talent and organizational design. Angela’s role focuses on assessing organizations upfront to create a blueprint for value creation, developing a bespoke organizational development strategy, and seeking to drive continuous improvement within GrowthCurve’s portfolio companies. Before joining GrowthCurve in 2022, Angela was the Chief Human Resources Officer at Sun Capital Partners, where she worked across a diverse portfolio driving human capital initiatives. Before joining private equity, Angela held several global Human Resources leadership positions at JLL, Kellogg Company, and Procter & Gamble, working in both the U.S. and Europe. Angela brings a wealth of data analytics, assessment, recruiting, talent management, and leadership development expertise from her prior experience and education. Angela earned a Master and Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kalamazoo College.
