Anurag Sachdev is Head of Data & AI at May River Capital, where he leads the firm's data and AI program across portfolio intelligence, firm enablement, and portco value creation. At MRC, his work focuses on building data and AI capabilities that drive operational insight and value creation across a portfolio of industrial growth companies.
Prior to May River, Anurag held senior Data & Analytics leadership roles at Double Good, Fetch, and Reef, building and scaling enterprise data functions in high-growth environments and partnering with executive teams to modernize platforms, develop data products, and deliver measurable business impact.
Equal parts strategist and hands-on builder, he holds a strong conviction that disciplined data foundations are the prerequisite for practical AI. Anurag holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay.
