Avishee is a Director, Strategy & Operational Excellence at Grant Avenue. In her role, Avishee is building out Grant Advantage, the firm’s portfolio operations group and works across deal sourcing, execution, and value creation. Before joining Grant Avenue in 2022, Avishee worked at Kearney in their Healthcare and Private Equity practices, support PE firms and healthcare companies with strategic execution.

Avishee holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from NYU’s Stern School of Business and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated as a Palmer Scholar.
