Baris Sarer

Baris serves as Deloitte's Global AI Leader for the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) industry and leads a cross-industry portfolio of AI & Data Strategy services in the US. In these roles, he focuses on helping clients unlock the value of AI while scaling Deloitte's capabilities through strategic plays, assets, and partnerships.

With more than 20 years of experience as a technology strategist in the TMT industry, Baris has guided clients through business transformation using data-driven strategies and intelligent technology investments that prioritize business value. His experience includes leading large-scale programs focused on maximizing returns on technology assets, harnessing data, and scaling AI capabilities.

Before joining Deloitte in 2012, Baris spent more than a decade in the wireless communications industry, holding leadership roles across research and development, operations, and sales. His global experience has been instrumental in driving innovation and value for organizations.
