Beth joined Kelso in 2021 as Head of Portfolio Operations. At Kelso, she has built a value creation team focused on addressing common challenges and opportunities in mid-market PE companies. The team helps support strengthening core capabilities - finance, technology, business intelligence, communications, and M&A integration. Prior to Kelso, Beth spent two years as a senior member of the portfolio operations team at Sun Capital Partners. Earlier in her career, she served as President and CEO of Starboard Cruise Services, a global retailer owned by LVMH, and held executive roles at Avon, Atkins Nutritionals, Kraft Foods, and Andersen Consulting. Beth has an Engineering degree from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She lives in New York City with her husband and three teenage sons.
